Returns & Refunds Policy

Customer Remorse:

If you change your mind, you can return all items within 30 days from the day after you receive your order. Please notify us via email at support@scalpboost.com to initiate the return process.

To return the product, please contact us first, and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

For proper processing, please reach out to us at support@scalpboost.com before shipping the return. We’ll provide you with the nearest return address.

Orders returned to a different address may experience delays or be denied a refund or exchange. Please contact us first, and we’ll assist you in initiating the return process.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving instructions and a return label.

Damaged, Wrong, or Dysfunctional Products:

If you receive damaged, wrong, or dysfunctional products, please contact us directly at support@scalpboost.com within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement.

You will not be charged for return shipping as we will provide a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fee:

We do not charge a restocking fee for returned orders.

Returning an Order:

Contact us at support@scalpboost.com to state the reason for your return, and we’ll provide an RMA return label with shipping costs paid.

Securely pack the items in a box and ship from the nearest post office or shipping company.

Canceling an Order:

You have 24 hours before the item(s) are shipped to cancel your order. If already shipped, follow the return policies stated above.

Lost Shipments:

Contact us at support@scalpboost.com if at least 2 days have passed since the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate with the courier service for 5 days. If not found, you’ll be entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be initiated upon receipt of the product in our warehouse and take 3-5 business days to process. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
